Livingstone’s has the solution. Our workshop, which has been running since 1986, is fully equipped and has trained technicians with many years expertise between them, ready to assist.
All lawn equipment will require general maintenance and repairs during their lifespan. On average you can expect to pay 4-5 times the purchase price in service fees. It is recommended that this be done annually.
At Livingstones, we treat each machine as unique and individual. A full inspection is carried out before quoting or work commences. We will ascertain engine wear, chassis health and functional safety. Replacing only the necessary spares, our workmanship carries a 3 month warranty.
Livingstones carries most spares for the brands we support, and many others. We operate a queuing system, so your broken equipment will be with us for at most 10 working days, especially in the peak months. We offer a winter service program (less 20%), encouraging regular servicing, to prevent those dreaded breakdowns, when the mower is needed most.
In the event of a repair not being deemed worthwhile, a trained sales person can recommend a suitable replacement.
