The sandwich-type blade unit operates with extreme efficiency and minimal vibrations. It is driven by a powerful high-voltage motor that transfers power smoothly. Aside from power, versatility and comfort, safety is also one of the main strengths of the blade shredder. A One click/One turn safety switch is integrated in the closure screw on the housing exterior and stops the motor immediately when turned. Multi Cut 420 cutting system
The Multi Cut 420 cutting system on the STIHL garden shredder is a powerful blade unit. The twin-chamber system allows soft clippings and harder branch material to be fed in and shredded separately. Each chamber is equipped with special blades for the respective material.
